1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Note: Certain items such as clearance products, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order.
